Richard Christian Suteja is a medical student at The Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Bali and is also a student editor at International Journal of Medical Students (IJMS). He has significant experience in leading teams for both medical research and community services, especially those performed in rural areas. Currently, Richard volunteers on a medical emergency response team which helps Indonesia's national disaster management agency in mitigating disasters in Bali and islands nearby. He is also pursuing deeper knowledge outside of medicine about leadership, communication, and organizational effectiveness. Richard is always open for collaboration in exciting medical research and other organizational activities.
