Lorraine Arabang Sebopelo
Lorraine Arabang Sebopelo is a final year medical student at the University of Botswana who is an aspiring physician-scientist with a special interest in neurosurgery. Her vision is for Africa to overcome the unmet need for neurosurgeons driven first by nurturing neurosurgery interest among medical students. Currently, Lorraine is the President for the Association of Future African Neurosurgeons (AFAN) as well as a Research Fellow. She is also the Associate Editor & Ambassador for the International Journal of Medical Students (IJMS) Associate Editor & Peer- Reviewer for the Pan African Medical Journal (PAMJ), a member of the World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies (WFNS) - Global Neurosurgery Committee, and member of the Society for Neuro-Oncology (SNO).
