IJMS Research-to-Publication Lab

Six practical conversations to take a medical student idea from a workable research question to a clear WCMSR presentation.

The IJMS Research-to-Publication Lab is a free educational series led by the journal’s student and associate editors. It brings research methods, evidence synthesis, ethical writing, collaboration, and presentation skills into one connected journey. The aim is to help medical students—wherever they study and whatever resources they have—make a sound next move in research and share their work responsibly.

Format: Six interactive 90-minute sessions on Saturdays, 14:00–15:30 UTC. We plan to convene on Zoom and share live/recorded sessions through the IJMS YouTube channel. Participation is free. Access and any registration details will be added when confirmed. No continuing-medical-education credit is claimed.

Meet the people shaping the series. These IJMS editors bring research and editorial experience to the learning journey. Explore their stories on the individual session pages.
