Time is ticking- the application deadline is approaching for the 4th International Journal of Medical Students (IJMS) World Conference of Medical Student Research (WCMSR) – the WCMSR is more than a conference—it's a vibrant, live celebration of cutting-edge research by medical students and recent graduates (within 2 years) in many fields of inquiry such as Clinical medicine, Surgery, Public health, Basic science in medicine, and Medical education. Top abstracts will be honored with awards, and all accepted submissions will be published in our year-end IJMS Supplement—giving your work the visibility it deserves.
Conference Date: November 15–16, 2025 from 8 AM – 5 PM EST
Location: Virtual – Join from anywhere in the world!
Present your work in one of two exciting formats:
- Oral Presentations with Slides – November 15
- Digital Poster Presentations – November 16
Each session includes a 10–12 minute presentation followed by live Q&A with an esteemed panel of world leading physicians and industry experts.
To participate, please submit an abstract (up to 500 words, including one figure or table) using our official template. We welcome original research, case reports, and meta-analyses. (Please note: reviews, experiences, interviews, and letters to the editor are not eligible.)

- Submission Fee: Structured for equity, based on World Bank's official classifications:
- LICs: $10 USD
- LMICs: $20 USD
- UMICs: $30 USD
- HICs: $40 USD
