Dr. Mohammed Shoyaib Khazi holds a strong foundation in medicine and public health, with a rich academic trajectory. He earned his MBBS degree from S. Nijalingappa Medical College, Bagalkot, Karnataka, in 2017, followed by an MD in Community Medicine from Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute in 2023. Currently pursuing an MSc in Public Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, Dr. Khazi continues to strengthen his expertise in epidemiology, health education, and program implementation. Dr. Khazi is a prolific researcher with a total of 14 publications across various esteemed platforms, including PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar. His work spans critical topics such as the impact of COVID-19 interventions, gender gaps in tuberculosis awareness, and determinants of spousal violence in India. A firm believer in continuous learning, Dr. Khazi has participated in numerous workshops, sharpening his skills in cutting-edge topics. His engagements include specialized workshops on artificial intelligence in health, health technology assessment, and statistical modeling. Of particular note is his training in systematic review methodologies by the Joanna Briggs Institute and advanced health data analytics using R programming. Dr. Khazi has actively disseminated his research findings at various national and international forums. He has also delivered impactful poster presentations on topics such as spousal violence, diarrheal disease trends, and the double burden of malnutrition.
