Elias Welema Senso is a dedicated medical student from Mwanza, Tanzania, currently pursuing his Doctor of Medicine degree at the Catholic University of Health and Allied Sciences (CUHAS). With a passion for research, innovation, and health advocacy, Elias has made significant strides in both academic and community settings. Elias is the founder of My Daily Clinic, a platform committed to providing expert medical advice, preventive strategies, and health education through social media. His leadership roles include serving as an Ambassador for the Journal of African Medical Students (JAMS), Coordinator of the Standing Committee of Research Exchange (TAMSA) at CUHAS, and National Coordinator of the Malaria Outreach Project under TAMSA. He has completed various specialized training programs, including a 5-Week Peer Review Training Programme, a Peer Review course by Taylor & Francis India, and the SCOMER Research Training by IFMSA. Elias’s dedication extends to volunteering, with notable contributions to the non-communicable diseases screening program. His technical skills include proficiency in graphics design with Adobe Illustrator, programming languages like Flutter, HTML, CSS, WordPress, and R Studio, as well as expertise in digital marketing and data analysis using SPSS, Excel, Stata, and R Studio. Known for his transformational, servant, and situational leadership styles, Elias always strives to bring out the best in his team. His commitment to making a positive impact on public health through innovative solutions and community engagement underscores his aspiration to create a healthier world for all.
