Hamrish Kumar Rajakumar

I am Hamrish Kumar Rajakumar, a pre-final year medical student pursuing M.B.B.S. at Government Medical College, Omandurar, Government Estate, Chennai, India. Currently serving as a student editor at IJMS, I am passionate about contributing to the medical field and aspire to become a cardiothoracic surgeon.

My academic journey has been enriched by active participation in numerous prestigious national and international medical conferences, where I have presented my research work through both oral presentations and posters, earning awards and prizes for my contributions. Committed to continuous improvement, I have engaged in various professional development opportunities, attending workshops to enhance my skills in statistics and academic writing.

Collaboration is a key aspect of my academic experience, and I have cultivated rich collaborative relationships with my peers. Currently, I am actively involved in research projects focused on primary prevention and screening strategies in remote locations, with the overarching goal of ensuring health for all and promoting equitable health facility allotment. My research interests span a wide spectrum in clinical diagnostics, with specific emphasis on minimally invasive cardiac surgery, risk prediction modeling, and the application of artificial intelligence in healthcare.
