Case Report

$This table details the initial laboratory findings for a patient admitted with refractory pulmonary actinomycosis. Most of the paraclinical results, including Platelets (238,000 cells/mm³), Glucose (96.3 mg/dL), and Sodium (137 mEq/L), fall within their respective reference ranges. However, there is a slight elevation in Leukocytes at 10,300 cells/mm³ (reference: 4,000–10,000) and a slightly low Potassium level of 3.3 mEq/L (reference: 3.5–5), which may be clinically significant in the context of this specific infection.$
